To enhance and automate the management process, Supertech utilizes specially developed in-house software such as
- EVE Earned Value Engine - Project performance
reporting and contract management software. EVE is a desktop utility which extends the functionality of Primavera, Microsoft Project planning software to undertake advanced performance reporting and contract management to meet EVM – Earned Value reporting requirements for cost, work and quantity tracking. - IDOCSYSTEM - Internet/Intranet Document Control System - Project documentation can be efficiently distributed to all project stakeholders. The systems unique messaging ensures that all design authorities, manufacturers and suppliers and the constructor always use the latest documentation.
- ICEPAK - Internet/Intranet Cost Estimating Package -
Project cost estimating package using planning software generated WBS – Work breakdown Structure, PERT and Risk Analysis in the estimating process. The data base so generated can be used as an input to certification to EVE for the purpose of cost tracking and EVM reporting.
- Supertech Timesheet Expert - Supertech Time Sheet Expert is an Internet/Intranet based Time Sheeting system based on activity and resource work authorization. Activities can be planned in Microsoft Project and then imported into Time Sheet Expert or set up independently of Project (Stand Alone Mode). Timesheet Expert produces reports detailing hours and costs accumulated against specified cost account codes and/or employees. Time Sheet can also be used to invoice clients or to pay staff. A training program for Administrators and Users forms part of the software package.
